都市計畫學校設施用地多目標使用之檢討

Multi Objective Use and Facilities Management of Public School in Urban Planning Areas

摘要


在都市計畫地區範圍內的學校用地,其校園規劃與校舍建築設施計畫之內容,會隨著社會變遷與都市發展所引發的相關課題而改變。使得學校設施的角色與社會大眾的期望間有新的關係存在,且不可逃避而必須面對它,此乃促成了本研究的最大動機。 本文主要是透過學校設施複合使用之既有文獻之回顧與分析,以及校園開放與都市計畫公共設施學校用地多目標使用方案中運動場地下興建停車場之現況分析,前者理解學校設施複合使用之未來趨勢與相關課題,結合開放學習與社會教育的發展;後者了解相關法令規定與限制因素。再透過問卷調查與檢討,釐清相關價值與需要,進而對建構符合實際發展需要之學校設施複合使用之理想模式有所建議。

This article deals with two aspects primarily. One is the review of the literature concerning the multi-objective use and facilities management of public school, sod the other is the analysis of current status concerning the building of parking lot under school sports field, which is specified in the law of multi-objective use project within the urban planning areas. The former is to comprehend the future trend and relevant topics of the compound use of school facilities to combine the development of open learning and social education. The latter is to understand relevant legal regulations and limitation factors, Furthermore, by means of survey and review of questionnaires, we'll clarify relavant values and demands, and establish ideal modes of multiobjective use and facilities management of public school, which will be complied with the need of realistic development.
