青蔥新品種「蘭陽一號」之育成及特性

Breeding of the Green Onion New Variety Lanyang No.1 and Its Character

摘要


青蔥新品種「蘭陽一號」之原品種系編號為「85-C-1-3-1」,係本省第一個命名之青蔥品種,於民國83年2月25日正式登記命名。本新品種係由本場蘭陽分場自地方主要栽培品種宜蘭2號單株選拔獲得,民國76年開始進行品系比較試驗,接著進行化學肥料用量試驗、有機肥料對連作改善效果試驗、密度試驗、主要病蟲害藥劑防治效果、成份分析、色澤分析、酸性磷酸酵素同功異構酵素電泳分析等。各項試驗結果顯示,本品系平均產高達35m.t./ha,蔥白長度平均18.5cm,夏作仍表現良好,具有高產、蔥白長、耐高溫等特性。區域試驗結果更顯示本品系在本省北部多雨潮濕地區表現優異,值得推薦農友栽培。為使農民對本新品種深入了解,本場已在民國83年4月輔導宜蘭縣主要青蔥生產區三星鄉及壯圍鄉設立種苗繁殖及栽培示範圃,加速繁殖種苗,提供農民種植,並定期舉開觀摩會,示範田間栽培管理方法,以供農友參考仿試。

The green onion new variety Lanyang No.1, selected from the local variety Yilan No.2, was named and released by Lanyang Branch Station of Hualien DAIS in 1994. This is first new variety of green onion developed by goverment research station. Lanyang No.1 was derived by single-plant selection method and the orginal No. of breeding line was 85-C-1-3-1. The line comparison trials were started in 1987, then the trials of fertilizer application, planting density, chemical control of main diseases and pests, component analysis, color analysis and electrophoresis of acid phosphatase isomerase were conducted sequentially. The experimental results indicated that the new variety was tolerant to hot climate, had a long blanched stem of 19cm, and had high averaged of 35 ton/ha, In the regional trials, this new variety performed very well in north Taiwan all year round. Consequently, it is strongly recommened to the growers in Yilan, Taipei and Tauyuan areas. With the extension of Lanyang No.1, the quality and total production of green onion in those areas will be promoted, and the marketing order can be stablilzed.
