栽培介質對東方型雜交百合生育及切花品質之影響

Effect of Cultivated Media on the Growth and Flower Quality of Oriental Hybrid Lilies

摘要


東方型雜交百合利用箱植栽培,研究不同栽培介質對生長及切花品質之影響。將東方型雜交百合Casa Blanca與Star Gazer 2品種種球種植於調配好的介質中進行栽培比較,其分別為壤土/樹皮堆肥(3:1,v/v為對照組)、壤土/樹皮堆肥/炭化稻殼(1:1:1,v/v/v)、泥炭土/樹皮堆肥/炭化稻殼(1:1:1,v/v/v)、及泥炭土/樹皮堆肥/真珠石(1:1:1,v/v/v)等4種。結果顯示4種混合介質調配後,其pH值均介於6.9∼7.2之間,栽培過程中,所有處理的百合葉片均未發生黃化現象。在植株生育方面,不同栽培介質對東方型百合Casa Blanca品種的植株高度有顯著影響,以泥炭土/樹皮堆肥/真珠石栽培者植株最高,較對照組增加15.2cm。至於子球重量及周徑大小方面則2品種百合在4種介質處理間差異均不顯著。與田間壤土相比較,人工調配之栽培介質添加樹皮堆肥後,使得有機質及鐵和鋅的含量明顯增加。

Effects of growing medium on plant growth and cut flower quality of oriental hybrid lilies were studied. Bulbs of oriental hybrid lilies cv. 'Casa Blanca'and 'Star Gazer' were planted in plastic basket with 4 different mixed media, whichincluded field soil/tree bark compost(3:1,v/v as control), field soil/tree bark compost/carbonized rice hull(1:1:1,v/v/v), peat moss/tree bark compost/carbonized rice hull (1:1:1,v/v/v), and peat moss/tree bark compost /perlite (1:1:1,v/v/v). The pH values of 4 mixed media were between 6.9 to 7.2. Leave chlorosis was not found in any treatment of both cultivars. Plant heights were significantly different among treatments. Plants cultivated in peat moss/tree bark compost /perlite medium got the best result, which was 15.2 cm higher than control. The daughter bulb weight and circumference of both cultivars were not significantly different among treatments. The organic material content, Fe and Zn concentrations in all mixed media were increased significantly after the addition of tree bark compost when compared with field soil.
