曳引機承載綜合型肥料撒佈機之研發

摘要

曳引機承載綜合型肥料撒佈機主要構造，包括三點聯結承載機架、傳動齒輪組、漏斗型肥料承載箱、撒佈轉盤（四組撒佈齒）、攪拌器等。本機之動力由曳引機P.T.O.到撒佈機下方之輸入軸至齒輪箱中，再利用傘型齒輪組，帶動撒佈轉盤及攪拌器；攪拌器與主軸可沿著施肥箱內部作360度旋轉，在中間迴旋過程中將肥料攪起流向下方，再由攪拌器下方二組長短邊撥桿將肥料撥至出肥口，在攪拌器上端為了配合旋轉及減少聲響，裝置有橡皮轉輪，經由撒佈盤迴轉過程中將肥料撒施出去。肥料配出開度設有六段調整；以樹皮堆肥為例，調整範圍從1,200-17,000 kg/ha，撒施肥料量適用範圍廣，樹皮堆肥含水率45%以下情況皆可正常撒施。以300 kg裝之承斗，在引擎轉速1,500 rpm，肥料排出開度1～6段中，撒施時間從第一段617秒至第六段48秒的範圍。撒佈寬度視有機肥料不同而有差異，一般可達6－12m。本型式之撒佈機撒佈齒有13、18、23cm三種尺寸，施肥箱容量0.5m^3及1m^3，每公頃機械撒佈時間約45分鐘，若包括裝載肥料時間，每公頃作業時間約需2小時。

One multifunctional manure spreading machine loaded by tractor had been developed. The main structure includes three points linkage frame, transmission, conical manure container, spreading rotating plate (with four spreading conveyors) and stirrer. The power is driven by the tractor P.T.O. shaft through the bevel gear device to drive the spreading rotation plate and stirrer. The stirrer rotated around the surface of the container and scraped the manure to the bottom of the container during the rotating process, then swept out the gate by the scraper under the stirrer. The scraper was equipped with rubber wheel to reduce the noise and enhance the rotating process. There are six ranges of manure spreading amount. The amount of bark manure spreading can be adjusted from 1,200 to 17,000 kg/ha, if the moisture of bark manure is lower than 45%, then the spreading operation will be on problem. For 300 kg manure, it needs 41 second to eight minute in the 1~6 ranges of the manure spreading gate under an engine speed of 1,500 rpm. The manure spreading width of this machine is 6 to 12 meters depends on the kinds of the manure and the rotating speed. The length of spreading conveyors can be set with 13, 18, 23 centimeter respectively, and the capacity of manure container is designed as 0.5 and 1 cubic meter. The capacity of this machine is about 45 minutes per hectare and the total time is about two hours per hectare including of the manure loading time.
