花蓮地區文旦果皮精油含量變化之研究

Studies on the Variation of Peel's Essential Oil in Wentan Pomelo on Hualien Area

摘要

花蓮地區文旦的栽培面積超過2,700公頃，每年產量亦超過21,000公噸，為花蓮地區最重要的果樹之一，但文旦為中秋節之應景水果，其產期過於集中，所以造成生產過剩以致價格低落。因此，必須發展文旦的其他功能，拓展其應用範圍，以提高其經濟價值。文旦果皮萃取液透過氣相層析質譜儀分析後發現有超過12種以上的化合物存在，包括有檸檬精油、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯和酚等化合物。另外經由不同成熟度、儲存及不同地點之文旦果皮檸檬精油含量的研究結果發現，文旦果皮精油含量百分率之最高峰則發生於八月中旬，儲存則會造成文旦果實脫水，不利於文旦果皮精油之萃取作業，而栽培管理可能會影響文旦果皮精油之含量。

Wentan pomelo is the most important fruit tree in Huallien area. The planting area is over 2,700 ha and the yield is more than 21,000 tons/year. Since the harvesting season of Wentan pomelo is restricted to short period around Mid-autumn festival. The production is over the demand of market and hence causes low price. In order to solve this problem, a new utilization of Wentan pomelo must be developed.By the GC/MS analysis, the peel's essential oil of Wentan pomelo contain is more then 12 compounds, including limonen, α-pinen, β-pinen, and phenol. The highest content of peel's essential oil was found in middle of August. The storage reduced the water content of Wentan pomelo and enhanced the content of peel's essential oil. The results also showed that different cultivation managements affect the peel's essential oil of Wentan pomelo.
