胰島素瘤與血管攝影檢查

摘要

胰島素瘤是發生於胰臟的腫瘤，多發生於胰臟的尾部，次為頭和體部，及其他等處。此種瘤通常很小，單獨或多發性存在。病人均有「胰島素過多」之症狀，用血管攝影檢查，可見細小而不規則的血管供給病灶，隨後顯現瘤的位置，大小和數目。對胰島素瘤的診斷極有價值和幫助。臺大醫院自1971至1975年有三名疑似胰島素瘤的患者，經過臨床和血管攝影的診斷，開刀治療，最後病理細胞學的報告，均證實為胰島素瘤。

Insulinomas, adenomas of pancreas, are usually small in size, not more than 1.5 cm., single or multiple. The patients, having islet cell tumor, present hyperinsulinism symptom clinically with characteristic angiographic change. All of our cases (2 female, 1 male 1971-1975) of insulinoma had history of hypoglycemia attack in the duration of 3 months to 8 years and diagnostic selective angiography study, conformed by the surgery and proved pathologically.
