小鼠於致命的全身放射線照射後的骨髓移植

BONE MARROW TRANSPLANTATION FOLLOWING LETHAL TOTAL BODY IRRADIATION IN C_3H MICE

摘要


純種C_3H 小鼠185隻分成8組,以劑量不等的^(60)鈷伽馬線行一次全身照射,發現30天內半數致死劑量是780雷得,最低全數死亡劑量是1,000雷得。另以小鼠47隻給以1,000雷得一次全身照射,照射後15分鐘內自腹腔和尾靜脈給以2 × 10^6 個同源骨髓細胞,發現腹腔骨髓移植後小鼠還是全數死亡,但自尾靜脈作骨髓移植,小鼠死亡率減為58%。

One hundred and eighty five inbred mice of C_3H strain were devided into 8 groups to receive a single graded dose of total body irradiation by ^(60)Co gamma radiation. The 50% lethal dose in 30 days or LD_(50(30)) was determined as 780 Rads. The minimun 100% lethal dose in 30 days or LD_(100 (30)) was 1,000 Rads. Forty seven mice were then subjected to single total body irradiation of 1,000 Rads, 2x10^6 syngeneic bone marrow cells were injected within 15 minutes into the peritoneal cavity or tail vein. No mice survived after bone marrow cells transplantation intraperitoneally; 42% of mice survived following tail vein transplantation of bone marrow cells.
