摘要
血管攝影術是利用放射線檢查血管病變的一種方法。近三十年來，由於技術和儀器的不斷改進，使血管攝影能更趨完美，例如顯影劑對人體不再容易產生過敏反應且有較佳的對比度，及由人工換片機改進為快速自動換片機等，對於疾病的診斷更加正確。榮民總醫院自1961年即開始作血管攝影，在儀器設備方面也一再更新。本文係依照榮民總醫院的常規血管攝影檢查而編寫，其方法可能因各地實際情況而有所差異，故僅供一般參考用。

Angiography is the study of blood vessels in living subjects by roentgen contrast methods. The technic of angiography and design of apparatus are both improving during the past thirty years. The continuous effort, progress of research and development in the field of angiography will certainly simplifies the diagnosis and gain a great deal of accuracy. The final purpose of it is to contribute more and better service to human health. The angiographic examination in Veterans General Hospital of the Republic of China has been performed with old model film changer since 1961. Till 1972 this hospital dropped the out-dated device and shifted to Philips Super 70, 80Oma, 125KV x-ray machine, the rapid film changer is now using Elema Schönander product.
