The Principles of Computerized Tomography
摘要
本篇主要的內容是將電腦斷層造影發展過程作一簡單的介紹，由傳統的X射線機到電腦斷層造影機。對於電腦斷層造影機的系統構造及原理都作詳盡的說明，另外舉例說明重覆法的影像重建，希望讀者對影像重建的步驟能有一番認識。

The CT historical background and the two basic types of CT are described. The fundamental principle of CT is introduced from a scanner system functional diagram, in addition to some key parameters of attenuation coefficient, CT number, and the function of computer peripherals. The are three image reconstruction methods-back projection, iterative and analytical, The method of iterative reconstruction is utilized to illustrate the image reconstruction process.
