電腦斷層攝影在頭部外傷及腦血管意外的診斷價值
COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY IN THE EVALUATION OF HEAD TRAUMA AND CEREBRAL VASCULAR ACCIDENT
摘要
電腦斷層攝影的問世，將顱內病變位置的偵測帶入另一個新紀元。對於腦內或腦室血腫的診斷，更是簡易、便捷、準確。因此對於腦血管意外或頭部外傷的急診病患，能够給與迅速、正確的診斷，而及時施與適當的治療。對於輕微的腦出血或腦梗塞也能予以鑑別診斷，在臨床上影響病患的治療效果至巨。茲就在紐約西奈山醫院，兩年研習電腦斷層攝影的心得及溯閱相關諸文獻，加以討論。

Computed tomography scanner is the best one to locate the intracranial lesions so far. It can find the intracerebral and intraventricular hematoma out easily. The quick and accurate diagnosis of the lesion gives a great help for the treatment to the patients of head trauma and cerebral vascular accidents. One important thing is that it can make differential diagnosis between the cerebral hemorrhage and infarction, even the small one. It offers the correct guide to the neurologists to get good result in treatment of their patients. It is to be discused with two year experience of studying CT scan in Mt. Sinai Hospital and reviewing the published papers in this topic.
