支氣管造影術的新方法

摘要

榮民總醫院胸腔部做氣管造影術時在局部麻醉之下，採用軟式纖維支氣管鏡及軟式纖維氣管導管經由聲門導管法同時操作。此種方法之優點有六：1局部麻醉完全　2氣管導管容易放　3軟試纖維支氣管鏡檢查可增加診斷依據，及減少支氣管造影圖的誤判　4省時　5可作選擇性支氣管造影術　6病人病苦極微，易於接受檢查。

Using transglottic catheter method with flexible bronchocatheter, under local anesthesia by spraying of Xylocaine, the insertion of the catheter is smoothly carried out with the guidence of broncho-fibroscopy. The advantages of doing bronchogram by this method are as followings: a. Adequate local anethesia. b. Easy insertion of bronchocatheter. c. Increasing diagnostic rate. d. Time-saving. e. Selective bronchography could be done. f. Reduce patient's discomfort to a minimal.
