摘要

頭部受傷在電腦斷層攝影有各種的變化。本文統計長庚醫院自1979年7月11日至1979年11月10日四個月間所做頭部電腦斷層攝影之病人計757例。其中因頭部受傷檢查者計229例，佔30.2％。就各種的變化加以分析報告

Computed Tomography may accurately detect the various changes of the brain tissue in those cases of head injury. 757 cases of head problem with Computed tomography examination at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital during the period from July, 1979 to Nov. 1979 have been surveyed. There are 229 cases of head trauma as 30.2 %. Now, we are going to discuss with the various conditions such as brain edema, contusion, hematoma. bony fracture, and post-traumatic change of Computed tomography in head injury.
