大腦間裂硬膜下血腫的電腦斷層攝影診斷
Diagnosis of Interhemispheric Subdural Hematoma in CT Scan
摘要
長庚醫院自1981年10月至1982年7月間，共有11例由電腦斷層檢查(Computed Tomography, C.T.)診斷為大腦間裂硬膜下血腫(Interhemispheric Subdural Hematoma)的病例，其中9例是因外傷，而另外2例是凝血系統異常(Coagulopathy)所致。茲就其CT影像，及文獻之回顧，予以分析。

Interhemispheric subdural hematoma was a relatively rare experience prior to the development of CT Scan. We are now presenting eleven cases of interhemispheric subdural hematoma, in which 9 cases were due to trauma, and 2 cases were due to coagulopathy. Au cases were diagnosed by CT Scan. Its characteristic image was described. The most possible mechanism to cause such hematoma was thought to be the tearing of the bridging vein which located between the falx cerebri and the hemisphere. Differential diagnosis from the subarachnoid hemorrhage was also mentioned briefly.
