CT in Cerebral Vascular Disease (CVA)
腦血管疾病之電腦斷層攝影
摘要
腦血管疾病(CVA)為台灣十大死因之一，正確及迅速的診斷，有其重要性。電腦斷層攝影正有此種性能，對於出血或梗塞，可一目了然。台大醫院自民國六十九年十一月至民國七十一年十二月，共有930例因非外傷性腦血管疾病而接受電腦斷層檢暫，其中出血有338人，梗塞有592人；男性590人，女性340人。台併臨床資料，我們做了一些統計分析。

Cerebral vascular disease is one of the leading causes of death in Taiwan. With the information provided by CT, we can make more correct diagnosis. From Nov. '80 to Dec. '82, NTUH had 930 patients diagnosed as non-traumatic CVA by CT scans. There were 338 cases with hemorrhage and 592 cases with infarct. The total female and male were 340 and 590 respectively.
