摘要

迷行性右側鎖骨下動脈之發生率約為0.5至1.8%，係血管環及主動脈弓之解剖異常中最常見者之一。經常與其它心臟血管系之發育異常同時發生。覆閱文獻，大多數之病例係於血管攝影或病理解剖時才獲得證明，我們報告一例，並介紹其電腦斷層攝影所見，在國內則尚未有類似的報告，茲提出來供大家參考。

The incidence of aberrant right subclavian artery in general population is about 0.5 to 1.8%. It is the most common vascular ring anomaly around the arotic arch and sometimes associated with other anomalies of cardiovasculor system such as tetralogy of Fallot, PDA, etc. Most of the cases carry no clinical symptoms, and are diagnosed incidentally during angiography for other reasons or discovered during autopsy. CT scan findings of aberrant Rt. subclavian artery is quite typical. It has not been reported in Chinese literature and one reported case by means of CT finding was found in English literature. The embryonic bases of aberrant Rt. subclavian artery and CT findings are discussed.
