摘要

類腫瘤鈣質沈積症(tumoral calcinosis)，是一種罕見、多發性、大型的異位鈣化。常發生於大關節附近之軟組織，尤其是伸展肌側。自從1943年Inclan首先稱之為類腫瘤鈣質沈積症並提出報告以來，雖然關於此種疾病的文章逐次的出現，但對它的病因與治療結果並未獲得明確的結論；本文乃將最近於榮民總醫院台中分院所發現一病例提出報告。

Tumoral calcinosis is a rare disease with ectopic calcification in the soft tissue of pressure areas overlying large joints. Since Alberto Inclan and associates firstly introduced the term of tumoral calcinosis in 1943 to describe the appearance of a prominent periarticular calcified mass, many descriptions of this entity were published. But there is no general agreement regarding its etiology and pathogenesis. A case of tumoral calcinosis has been found recently in VHG-Taichung and patient had received both conventional and CT scan examinations. In this report we are going to present this case, review the literatures and point out the advantages of CT scan for evaluating the lesions. To our knwoledge this is the first reported case of tumoral calcinosis in Taiwan.
