慢性腎臟病長期血液透析併發腎移形上皮癌－病例報告
Development of Transitional Cell Carcinoma of Kidney in a Long-Term Hemodialysis Patient of Chronic Renal Disease
摘要
長期血液透析延長了慢性腎臟病人的壽命，但常有併發後天性腎臟囊腫及腺瘤或腺癌現象，而產生移形上皮癌則未見文獻有報告。本病例乃是一位63歲女性，因慢性腎臟病而行長期血液透析，在未滿兩年時間內，發生反覆性血尿，經逆行性腎盂攝影及電腦斷層攝影診斷有左側腎盂移形上皮癌，病人接受左側腎輸尿管切除，病理證實為移形上皮癌。

Incidence of acquired cystic disease of kidney is rather high in the patient under long-term hemodialysis due to chronic renal disease, and associated adenoma or adenocarcinoma of the kidneys was not uncommon. But association with transitional cell carcinoma of the kidneys was really rare. A 63-year-old female patient who went on chronic hemodialysis dveloped recurrent painless hematuria. Then she received retrograde pye1oraphy and computed tomography (CT), and transitional cell carcinoma of left renal pelvis was diagnosed. Left nephroureterectomy was done and pathology proved to be a case of transitional cell carcinoma.
