腎臟發育不全－單側多囊腎－病例報告
A Case Report of Renal Dysplasia-Unilateral Multicystic Kidney
摘要
腎臟囊腫的病患，自電腦斷層掃描在醫學上被應用以來，屢見不鮮，較嚴重的如腎發育不全，一側或二側多囊腎，去較少見。由於一側多囊腎患者常無明顯的臨床症狀，易被忽略，僅提出此一病例報告，提供參考。

Renal dysplasia is an embryologic maldevelopment of the kidney. Multicystic change is a form of dysplastic kidney, usually unilateral, equally distributed between sexes, although some reports favor males. We report an adult female case of unilateral multicystic kidney which was shown total loss of function on IVU. The conventional radiographic and CT findings on this disease were discribed and its differential diagnosis was discussed.
