摘要

間皮瘤(mesothelioma)是源自中胚層之腫瘤，發生在漿膜(serosa)覆蓋之處：肋膜、心包膜及腹膜。其中由腹膜發生的間皮瘤相當罕見，約佔所有間皮瘤中的12-20%，年齡較偏向於中老年人。流行病學上，有相當的證據顯示，腹膜間皮瘤一如肋膜間皮瘤，也可能與石棉的職業性接觸有所關聯。雖然有少數文獻亦曾提及腸膜間皮瘤的放射線學發現，但多是關於瀰散性(diffuse type)者，而對於局限性(localized)的腹膜間皮瘤之血管攝影，電腦斷層攝影及超音波檢查發現，在文獻上，迄今猶無詳盡之病例報告。我們提出一完整放射檢查之局限性腹膜間皮瘤，並回溯文獻加以討論。

Peritoneal mesothelioma is a rare primary neogrowth of the peritoneum. Little has been mentioned in the literature concerning the roentgenological pictures, especially the solitary localized type. We here present a case with complete angiographic, sonographic and CT findings. The hypervascular picture with prominent arteriovenous fistula is quite different from previous report of Lazarus. The obvious enhancement of the CT density after contrast medium injection is very impressive and has not been reported in the literature.
