急性副睪炎與睪丸扭轉之鑑別診斷－放射性核種陰囊造影術的臨床應用
Differential Diagnosis of Acute Epididymitis and Testicular Torsion: Clinical Application of Radionuclide Scrotal Imaging
摘要
利用鎝－99m以(上標 99)TcO4(上標 -)的形式靜脈注射後作放射性核種陰囊造影(radionuclide scrotal imaging)，包括放射性核種血管攝影(radionuclide angiogram)及靜態陰囊掃描(static scrotal imaging)。此處報告14例利用這種診斷技術來區分急性副睪炎(acute epididymitis)和睪丸扭轉(testicular torsion)。

Radionuclide scrotal imaging (RSI) with technetium-99m sodium pertechnetate consists of a radionuclide angiogram and static scrotal scan. The usage of RSI to differentiate epididymitis from testicular torsion in 14 patients is reported.
