摘要
過去十年中，共有188例經過開刀或屍體剖檢證實的脊椎腫瘤(spinal tumor)，其中有15例為髓質內腫瘤(intramedullary tumor)。我們溯讀文獻並作比較，同時列舉放射線檢查的發現，強調水溶性對比劑脊髓腔攝影(myelography)和電腦斷層脊髓腔攝影(CT myelography)的優點和重要性。這篇報告中，包括了一例罕見的原發性脊髓髓質內淋巴肉瘤(lymphosarcoma)，和一例未見於美國Dialog等文獻資料庫的髓質內假性囊腫(intramedullary pseudocyst)。

In the past ten years, 188 cases of spinal tumor had received operation or autopsy at the Tri-Service General Hospital, among them there were 15 cases intramedullary in nature. In this report, we reviewed the literature and discussed radiologic findings and cell types of intramedullary tumors. The importance of CT myelography is also emphasized. We also present two rare cases: the first is intramedullary pseudocyst, a case which has never been found in the literature, and the second is primary intramedullary lymphoma of spinal cord.
