摘要

第四腦室囊性病變(cystic lesion)是少見的腦神經病變。馬偕紀念醫院和亞東紀念醫院，近年來發現三例不同原因之第四腦室囊性病變。一例腦室內囊性星狀細胞瘤(cystic astrocytoma)，一例腦室內囊蟲病(intraventricular cysticercosis)，及一例第四腦室孤立性擴大(isolated 4 th ventricle)。其中二例經外科手術及病理檢查證實，另外一例病史，臨床症狀，電腦斷層攝影及核磁共振攝影確定最後診斷。我們回溯了一些文獻，並提出上述三個病例以供鑑別診斷參考。

Cystic lesion of the 4th ventricle is a rare intracerebral lesion. In this paper, we report three cases of cystic dilatation of the 4th ventricle caused by different pathological conditions encountered in Mackay Memorial Hospital and Far Eastern Hospital. The first case, an intraventricular cysticercosis and the second one, a cystic astrocytoma both involved the 4th ventricle, whereas the third case in an isolated 4th ventricular enlargement. The former two cases mentioned are confirmed by surgery and subsequent pathological examination while the diagnosis of the latter one was based on history, clinical manifestation, CT scan and MRI studies.
