MIXED ADENOCARCINOMA AND SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOIUA OF THE URINARY BLADDER- REPORT OF A CASE WITH UNCOMMON ULTRASONIC APPEARANCE
膀胱混合型腺癌及扁平細胞癌－以不尋常超音波形態表現
摘要
Mixed adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder is a fare malignant tumor of urinary system. Such occurrance presents an interesting pathogenesis and histopathology. This kind of cancer has unusual growth appearance and poor prognosis. An 80 year-old man having this tumor is reported. The clinical manifestation and ultrasonic examination of the patient are presented. The literature and pathogenesis are briefly reviewed.

膀胱混合型腺癌與扁平細胞癌是泌尿系統中一種罕見的惡性腫瘤。這種腫瘤的肉眼外觀與組織病理學上都是很特別而它的預後也不好。我們提出一名病例，其超音波圖呈現為一侵及膀胱肌肉層及膀胱周圍脂肪組織的盤狀腫瘤，表示具有深潰瘍的浸潤性腫瘤。我們認為這種表現有異於一般乳突狀突出的移形細胞癌，可能作為診斷鱗狀細胞宿或混合型癌的線索。
