顳顎關節內部錯亂：直接矢狀電腦斷層攝影診斷
Imternal Derangements of the Temporomandibular Joints: Diagnosis by Direct Sagittal Computed Tomography

Direct sagittal computed tomography (CT) with specially designed head support equipment was used to evaluate 72 temporomandibular joints (TMJs) in 54 patients. Among these patients, thirty-one joints had obtained surgical intervention and confirmation. Direct sagittal CT was 90% accurate in detection meniscal derangement. CT might be an alternative modality for detecting internal derangement of TMJs in addition to arthrography.
