摘要

內頸靜脈擴張症為一罕見的疾病，其診斷可藉由臨床理學的檢查，靜脈攝影、動脈攝影、電腦斷層攝影以及超音波檢查等來證實，目前國內尚無超音波診斷此症之報告，本文介紹以超音波術診斷頸部之腫塊的內頸靜脈擴張症的病例。我們認為以超音波術診斷此病，為大快速而準確的方法。

Internal jugular phlebectasia (IJP) is a rare disease entity in our own experience. It has been report in the literature about 26 times^16 before 1985, to the best of our knowledge. The diagnosis of IJP has been made by clinical evaluation(superscript 1-9), venography(superscript 10-13), arterography(superscript 8-11), CT^16 and ultrasonography^11. So far there was no such cases, diagnosed by echography, reported in Taiwan. In the presented article we reported 2 cases of IJP to emphasize that echography is a rapid and precious method in diagnosis.
