There were 14 children pathologically proved retinoblastoma within the recent five years in our hospital. They were 5 boys and 9 girls, aged from 4 months to 6 years with and average of 33 months. Their chief complaints included white ppupil (71%), blurred vision (64%) and ophth-amitis (8%). All the cases received computed tomography. Calcification was found in 92% of the tumor with both heterogenous and homogenous pattern and with good enhancement in the soft tissue of the tumor. The retina showed increased thickness in aresas involved. CT staging of the tumor resulted 11 patients in stage Ⅰ and 3 patients in stage Ⅲ.
