摘要

顳骨下頷關節發生色素性絨毛結節狀滑膜炎乃罕見之疾病。最近我們經驗兩例此病。其放射線表徵尤其CT在此報告。它包括較高密度（較肌肉）及不均勻顯影增強，這可能由於其內有血鐵素沈澱之故。其對骨質以較良性侵犯表現（蝕性erosion）但對肌肉則不易分清界限，此和臨床表現相符。因此，我們強調在開刀前，用CT可預估此病之可能性並可幫助外科作開刀前之評估。

Pigmented villonodular synovitis of temporo-mandibular joints is rare. We encountered two such cases in recent. The radiological findings with emphasis of CT were reported. Herein, we stressed the value of CT prior to operation in such histologically benign, but clinically malignant lesions. The possibility of preddiction of pathological diagnosis with the CT pictures was also discussed.
