摘要

本文章主要在於評估髖關節顯影攝影術對髖關節置換術後疼痛之價值。
從1984年8月至1991年9月，台北榮民總醫院共有53個髖關節置換術後疼痛之病例。在此次研究中是利用常規照相術與關節攝影對髖關節鬆脫之特徵與標準來評估髖關節之鬆脫，總計有53人次。分別接受髖關節之一般照相與減影關節攝影。其中41例並曾接受核子醫學骨頭掃描及錄元素掃描。關於評估髖關節鬆脫之靈敏度，常規照相術對髖骨部份為百分之六十而股骨部份為百分之六十五；然而在減影關節攝影方面，其靈敏度則相對的大幅提高，在髖骨部份為百分之八十八，而在股骨方面為百分之九十六。由此可見，關節攝影在診斷髖關節之鬆脫方面，仍有其不可忽視的地位。

A retrospective study of 53 surgically confirmed painful hip arthroplatsties was performed. The most important features in plain film and arthrograms were studied to identify loosening of hip. Plain film radiographs and subtraction arthrograms were reviewed in all cases. Forty-one patients had bone scans and gallium scans. For loosening, plain film had a sensitivity of 60% in acetabular component; 65% in femoral component; while hip arthrogram showed 88% in acetabular component and 96% in femoral component.
