摘要

甲狀腺性卵巢畸型瘤是一種由甲狀腺組成之卵巢畸型瘤。並不常見，可發生於任何年齡且絕大部份單側發生。臨床症狀可因腹水或甲狀腺機能亢進引起，也可無任何症狀而被偶然發現。電腦斷層攝影之主要徵象為在卵巢顯現一含有囊胞狀及實質狀之複合型腫瘤及合併腹水。在某些病例可見腫瘤含有鈣化，電腦斷層攝影能很容易顯示。在某些病例，可在對側之卵巢發現另一種卵巢腫瘤，通常為皮樣腫瘤。通常如果只根據電腦斷層攝影徵象，甲狀腺性卵巢畸型瘤不易與其他實質性卵巢瘤鑑別。

Struma ovarii is an ovarian teratoma composed solely or predominantly of thyroid tissue. Two cases of struma ovarii are reported, with presentation of their computed tomographic (CT) appearance which showed a complex mass with cystic and solid components. Calcifications in the tumor were easily displayed by CT. In some cases, the contralateral ovary may have another type of neoplasm, usually a dermoid cyst. Struma ovarii is usually indistinguishable from other solid ovarian neoplasms, based on CT appearance only.
