Retrograde jejunogastric intussusception is a rare complication of Billroth Ⅱ subtotal gastrectomy. The non-specific clinical manifestation makes pre-operative diagnosis difficult, but as delay in diagnosis raises the mortality rate. Treatment surgically as soon as possible is essential. This report concerns a patient with past history of Billroth Ⅱ subtotal gastrectomy jejunogastric intussusception of the efferent loop was eventually diagnosed. It should be emphasized that this patient's plain abdominal, preoperative film showed abnormal dilated proximal jejunum including a round and lobulated mass leading to the diagnosis of jejunogastric intussusception.
