Hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelima is a rare malignant neoplasm that has nonspecific clinical signs and symptoms and can be difficult to diagnose on the basis of biopsy results. Radiologists may suggest the diagnosis of this slowly progressive neoplasm by recognizing its characteristic radiological features. We collected images including sonography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, and angiography. A predominently peripheral distribution with hypoechoic pattern was shown on sonogram. The lesion was low attenuation on CT, and hypervascular on angiogram. On MRI, tumor signal was low on Ti- weighted image with enhanced rim after gadolinium injection and high on T2-weighted image.
