Primary cardiac tumors in children are extremely rare. In this case report, two children with primary cardiac tumors are presented. The diagnosis was made based on the clinical manifestations such as heart murmur and imaging studies including sonography, computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance (MRI) imnging, and cardiac catheterization. Pathological confirmation was made after surgical intervention and the post-op courses were smooth in these two patients. Dynamic CT and MR studies were performed in both cases and showed a hypervascular pattern in immediate and delayed scanning indicating vascular components within the tumors. Two-dimensional echocardiography is the primary non-invasive tool to determine the extent and location of the tumor. CT and MRI can give us further information about tumor characteristics before biopsy and surgery.
