混合型腦部靜脈動靜脈畸型

摘要

混合腦血管畸型並不常見。一位68歲婦人因右側肢體無力及頭痛至本院求診頭部電腦斷層攝影發現左側額葉不正常鈣化及出血，後經數位減贅影血管攝影檢查證實為相當罕見的混合型腦部靜脈動靜脈血管畸型。此種病例若採取外科手術治療，應注意不可截斷正常腦部靜脈血液回流，否則會引起嚴重的腦水腫及出血！由既得文獻及此病例，我們期望在將來有了更多的病例報告之後能在傳統的四種腦血管畸型分類之外，另加上第五類：亦即“混合型”腦血管畸型。

A rare mixed-type cerebral vascular malformation of the brain is described. Distinct venous and arteriovenous malformations were identified in digital subtraction angiography. The evidence persuaded us to diagnose this case as a mixed-type cerebral vascular malformation, and not as one of the more well known four types of standard classification for cerebral vascular malformation.
