摘要

Wilms氏腫瘤發生在成年人很罕見，它可以表現出複雜性的腫塊合併有壞死、出血或囊狀變化的區域，病灶內有時可見鈣化，我們在此將一例以多囊性形態表現且合併腫瘤鈣化之成人型Wilms氏腫瘤其影像學發現提出報告。

Wilms’ tumor is rare in adults. It can present as a complex mass with areas of necrosis, hemorrhage, and a cystic component. Calcification can occasionally be seen in the lesion. We here present the imaging findings in a case of adult Wilms’ tumor with a multicystic appearance and tumoral calcification.
