Filmless in Six Months, An Experience in a Medical Center

摘要

本文報告一家一千六百床的醫學中心，在六個月間建構PACS，並完全無片化的經過。該院全院有14個放射科醫師專用工作站，211 PACS臨床工作站，放射科使用一或二個19吋高解析度LCD彩色螢幕，臨床使用一個17吋LCD螢幕，放射科除了乳房攝影之外，全部上PACS，另外核醫科的gama camera、PET 影像也上PACS，病理科的顯微鏡影像也選擇性上PACS。本文也討論使用PACS後工作效率，以及螢幕數目的問題。

We report the experience of a medical center with 1600 beds, build picture archiving and communication system (PACS), and implemented filmless in 6 months. There were 14 workstations for radiologist, which equipped one or two 19-ince LCD high-resolution color monitor. There were also 211 workstations for clinicians, which equipped one 17-inch LCD monitor, All the images except mammography produced in the Department of Radiology were included in the PACS. In addition, gamma camera images and PET were also included in PACS. Image of pathology were also selectively sent of PACS. The effect and issues of monitors were also discussed in this report.
