摘要

優質無片環境中數位影像的防漏機轉是不可或缺的因素。但是標準的影像防漏機轉在現行系統中卻著墨不多，原因很多：或是因為去沒有完整規範，或有部分規範卻未落實執行。標準影像防漏機轉基本應包括所謂“影像機器已完成檢查步驟(MPPS)”，MPPS的建置將可連結影像傳管系統中的醫囑填單系統，工作清單伺服器，報告系統，影像伺服器，與影像瀏覽器等，落實標準數位影像的防漏機轉。臨床醫師使用具備MPPS的影像傳管系統的將更具信心。

Assurance of complete image transmission without any loss is a key factor for a high quality filmless medical environment. Little effort has been taken for such assurance probably due to no detailed standard available or incomplete profile implementation. Modality performed procedure steps (MPPS) should be treated as the most important and basic component for the mechanism of complete image transmission. Full implementation of MPPS will be the linking steps among the hierarchies from order filler, worklist broker, report manager, image manager to image browser. Physicians will have more confidence than ever to use a PACS with MPPS ready.
