核醫藥物體內輻射吸收劑量計算方法─MIRD Schema

The Method of Calculating Internal Radiation Absorbed Dose for Radiopharmaceuticals-MIRD Schema

摘要


輻射吸收劑量是評估診斷性核醫藥物過程及預測核醫藥物輻射治療效果的基礎,對於現今核醫藥學物之器官劑量評估是根據所謂的MIRD schema為基礎來運算。文中對於MIRD schema中較重要的參數S-value及置留時間(residence time)加以詳加說明,並以實例配合軟體MIRDOSE3運算。另外對於應該如何選取射源(靶)器官、實驗時間點以及實驗數據應做之必要修正,將在本文闡述。未來體內輻射劑量之研究將著重於指定病人劑量(patient-specific dosimetry)/微劑量(microdosimetry)以及voxel model之研究,蒙地卡羅(Monte-Carlo)方法將扮演重要的角色,而MIRD schema的方法仍然是劑量評估的基礎邏輯。

The internal radiation absorbed dose acts as the basis for assessing diagnostic radiologic procedures and predicting the effects of radiotherapy. The assessment of the organ's radiation dosimetry for radiopharmaceutical is currently according to the so-called MIRD schema. The important parameters S-value, residence time of the MIRD schema was explicitly stated, calculations for some practical cases with software MIRDOSE3 were also presented. In addition, we also described the way of choosing source (target) organs as well as the necessary modification for experimental data. The research of radiation internal dosimetry in the future will focus on the patient-specific dosimetry, microdosimetry and voxel model, Monte-Carlo method will play an important role, while MIRD-schema is still the basic logic for dose estimates.
