台灣地區養豬廢水處理系統之工程評估

Engineering Evaluation of Swine Waste Treatment Systems in Taiwan Region

摘要


選取九家養豬場之廢水處理系統以評估台灣地區不同型式養豬場豬糞尿的處理與利用情形。並以三種主要處理替代方案,即傳統式,沼氣發酵式與沼氣發酵加活性污泥法加以分析。評估法則以固液分離效率及物質平衡分析為主。化學分析結果顯示被調查的養豬場中放流水的BOD值幾乎都達放流標準,總氮及總磷之去除卻不彰。九家養豬場其進入活性汚泥程式的廢水之T-N/BOD及T-P/BOD比值都非常高。原廢水的C/N比值都小於2。根據分析結果建議,如果要將固液分離機之分離效率維持在約75%左右,則進入原水槽之廢水TS濃度應該保持大於7000mg/1。對N-Ⅰ及M-Ⅲ兩家養豬場做各別的物質平衡分析研究結果建議,在N-Ⅰ養豬場之原水槽加裝一擾拌器,其固液分離效率可從原來的22.8%提昇至75%。對M-Ⅲ養豬場言,連續性活性汚泥程序應改為間歇性活性汚泥程序。以上兩家養豬場若做上述建議之改進,則便可達到較高的BOD,總氮及總磷之去除率。

Nine swine production units were selected to evaluate the appropriate treatment alternatives for swine waste treatment systems in Taiwan region. Three main treatment alternatives include the conventional type, methane fermentation type, and methane fermentation plus activated sludge type were analyzed. Solid/liquid separation efficiency and material balance analysis were made for evaluation. The results of chemical analysis show that BOD levels of discharged water of all investigated farms are within the bounds of pollution control standard, while T-N and T-P removal all violate the desired control standard. The T-N/BOD and T-P/BOD ratios of inlet wastewater in activated sludge process are high for all farms. The C/N ratio of raw wastewater is less than 2. Based on this analysis, it is suggested that all solid/liquid separator's separation efficiencies were to be maintained at least 75%, if the inlet TS concentration of wastewater should be kept more than 7000mg/ℓ. Apply material balance analysis to the specific Farms of conventional type (N-Ⅰ) and of methane fermentation plus activated sludge type (M-Ⅲ), it is suggested that solid/liquid separation efficiency of FARM N-Ⅰcan be improved from 22.8% to 75% if a stirrer can beset up in a receiver tank; while for FARM M-Ⅲ, the continuous activated sludge method should be changed to the intermittent aeration process. As a result, a higher removal of BOD, T-N, and T-P seemed to occur.
