農產品廢棄物焚化物性之研究

Study on the Burning Characteristics of Farm Wastes and By-Products

摘要


本文之目的乃針對國內五種農產品廢棄物-稻殼、稻桿、玉米穗軸、花生及花生桿等進行燃燒基本性質試驗,以分析其對燃燒情形所造成之影響。實驗包括在溫度及水分含量控制下,各種農產品廢棄物之燃燒值與燃燒質量減率之變化情形。玉米穗軸及花生殼之燃燒速率均比其他項目迅速,故具有相當好的燃燒性質。玉米穗軸在不同含水率下且溫度維持在700℃以上時,其燃燒質量減率並無甚大的差異。 實驗中發現,玉米穗軸及花生殼有灰份低、揮發物質多、熱值高等特質,常適合於固定爐床式燃燒爐焚化;而稻桿及花生桿之燃燒質量減率亦迅速、熱值亦不低,然因其屬疏鬆堆積型燃料且灰分高,在進料方面,須考慮以預先切碎壓實處理再行進料,同時需有適當清灰裝置,以清出燃燒後佔有大量體積之條狀灰燼。稻殼則具有灰份高、燃燒質量減率緩慢的特質,故除非有適當清灰裝置,否則不適合於固定爐床式燃燒。

This research is to study the burning characteristics of farm wastes and byproducts such as rice husks, paddy stalks, corncobs, peanut shells and peanut straws. The experiments were performed under controlled temperatures and moistures to observe their heating values and mass reduction rates during burning processes. Both corn cobs and peanut shells were found burning faster than others. The corn cobs with high moisture contents had experienced the same mass reduction rate as those with low ones while the burning temperatures were maintained at more than 700℃。
