振盪式多用途真空育苗播種機之研制

Vacuum Seed Planting System Using the Vibrating Seed Metering Device for Vegetable Crops

摘要


本研究係針對已完成之「多用途真空式育苗播種機之開發研究」進一步研製改良,新型機之種子槽經加裝氣動式振盪器後,其播種精度顯著提高,除可播種屬十字花科之圓形種子外,亦可用以播種如西瓜、番茄、甜椒等特殊扁形種子。以西瓜之播種為例,其播種精度較非振盪式者提高16.4%,已實際達成本研究之多用途化設計目標,甚具實用推廣價值。

In this paper, studies based on the previous development of ”a multipurpose vacuum seed planter for vegetable crops plantings” are presented. The planting accuracy of the remodeled system is significantly increased as an air driven vibrator is added on the seed hopper. The planter is not only suited for the spherical seeds such as the cruciferous crops, but also suited for the irregular flat seeds such as watermelon, tomato, and pimento. The field tests for the watermelon showed that the planting accuracy of the planter when applying with the vibrating seed metering device increased up to 16.4% as compared the one without vibrating mechanism. The system is multipurpose oriented and good for planting application.
