應用簡單最佳化法輔助平面熱源法同時量測熱傳導係數、熱容量及熱擴散係數

Application of a Simple Optimal Estimation Method on Heating Plate to Measure the Thermal Conductivity, Thermal Capacity and Thermal Diffusivity

摘要


本文應用平面熱源法原理設計一熱物性量測系統,配合共軛梯度最佳化預測法,可同時求得樣品之熱傳導係數(κ)、單位體積熱容量(C)與熱擴散係數(α)。在實驗測試結果方面,本文所研製平面熱源量測系統,應用在紅蘿蔔所量測到的κ値與文獻之κ值比較,相差在6.26%以下;所得C値與文獻値之C値比較,相差在6.73%以下;所測得之α値與文獻比較相差在11.17%以下,所測得之C値與Siebels經驗公式所估算結果比較,則相差在6.90%以下。

This paper aims to design and construct an experimental heating plate associating with the conjugate gradient optimization method for simultaneously measuring the thermal conductivity (κ), thermal capacity per unit volume (C) and the thermal diffusivity (α) of samples. The experimental measurement results of carrots indicate that the deviation of κ, C and α is respectively less than 6.26%, 6.73% and 11.17% from the literature, and less than 6.9% from the estimated results of Siebels equation.
