蔬果成熟度非破壞撞擊檢驗之研究

Nondestructive Maturity Inspection of Fruits and Vegetable by Impact

摘要


本研究顯示以撞擊方式,可達到非破壞檢測梅子、李子、巨峰葡萄和小番茄等蔬果成熟度品質的目的,雖然實驗顯示各種撞擊參數均與成熟度有關,然而依蔬果種類的不同,各有其較適宜的撞擊參數。統計分析顯示t(下标 p)(最大撞擊力時間)與C1(最大撞擊力/發生最大撞擊力時間)為量測梅子成熟度較佳的撞擊參數,而撞擊參數C2(最大撞擊力/發生最大撞擊力時間的平方)與梅子良好的成熟度指標平板壓縮值有非常相似的變化。對於紅肉李而言,C2是一個良好的撞擊參數。撞擊參數t(下标 p)和t(下标 c)(撞擊接觸時間)對葡萄的採摘成熟度較靈敏。小番茄以10、15、20、25、30 mm五種不同的撞擊高度測試,參數t(下标 p)、t(下标 c)和t(下标 p)/t(下标 c)所受到的影響很小,而f(下标 p)(最大撞擊力)則受到較大的影響,所以若控制撞擊高度的變動在10 mm以下,可以有較好的判定精度。撞擊力檢測可使用10或15 mm的高度,在這種高度下蔬果的損傷幾乎可以忽略。

According to this research, impact method can nondestructively inspecting maturity of sour plum, plum, grape and cherry tomato. Although, tests show all impact parameters have correlation with maturity change of these fruits. However, each fruit has several most proper parameters to it. According to the statistic analysis, t(subscript p), (time to peak force) and C1 (peak force/time to peak force) are better impact parameters in measuring sour plum maturity. The impact parameter C2 (peak force/time to peak force square) of sour plum has good positive correlation with compression test which is a good maturity index to sour plum. To the red meat plum, C2 is a proper impact parameter. The impact parameters t(subscript p), and t(subscript c) (impact duration) are sensitive to the harvesting maturity of grape. Cherry tomatoes are dropped from 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 mm five different heights to study the influence of the variation of impact height. The parameters t(subscript p), t(subscript c) and t(subscript p)/t(subscript c) are hardly affected by height. However, the parameter f(subscript p) (peak force) is affected by impact height. If the variance of impact high is controlled within 10 mm, higher accuracy in measuring maturity can be achieved. Impact inspection can be applied only by 10 or 15 mm impact height, in this height, the fruit and vegetable are scarcely damaged.
