蔬果類農產品在運輸過程中所受的損傷比例很高,國外相關的研究進行多年。針對本地條件的研究國內仍未起步,而一般農民的作法,僅是簡易的於載貨台表面鋪加軟墊,以求能達到減低損傷之效。此方式在早期國外的報告認爲成效不彰,本研究也證實此論點。 針對國內農家大量使用的農用搬運車,本研究的目的為設計一彈簧-阻尼系統於搬運車的底盤與載貨台間,作為振動的隔絕機構,期能達到降低運輸過程中水果的損傷程度並兼顧低成本之考量。 試驗的進行以縮小尺寸的模擬減震機構架設於單軸油壓振動平台上,分別以5Hz、10Hz、15Hz與20Hz等四種不同頻率的正弦波激振,以水果箱內(柳丁為試樣)量測所得振動加速度資料與振動台輸入的加速度資料值相比較,所得的傳遞率值(Transmissibility)作為設計機構減震性能的指標,此外以T.T.C.藥劑測試柳丁的表皮損傷,以作為研究結論的佐證。 試驗結果證實彈簧-阻尼系統所構成的減震機構效果良好,可有效達到缓衝振動的功能。
Agricultural produce is easily damaged by vibration during transportation. There were many researches in this field before. In Taiwan, it is still at the beginning. Most of the domestic farmers use only sponge pads as cushions on the platform of transporters to reduce the bruising, but had not a better result as expected. In Taiwan agricultural transporters were cheap and popularly used by the farmers. The purpose of this study was to design a damping mechanism between the vehicle's chassis and platform in order to isolate the shock and vibration from ground. By experiments a reduced-scale mechanism on the electrohydraulic actuated vibration test stand was used to simulate the in-transit vibration. The exciting signal was sinewave, and the excitation frequencies were 5Hz,10Hz,15Hz,and 20Hz respectively. We can get the transmissibility values by comparing the output vibration magnitude with the input vibration magnitude. The values of transmissibility can be used as the performance index to evaluate the effects of damping. Besides, the T.T.C. medicament was used to examine the surface injury of oranges as a corroborative evidence of decision. The result of experiments has showed that this damping mechanism of spring-dashpot had an excellent performance in reducing the vibration damage of fruits.
