蕹菜收穫機之研究開發

Development of a Harvesting Machine for Water Convolvulus

摘要


研究蕹菜採收時之園藝性狀,調查及分析人工不同採收方式之優、缺點,並規劃機械採收作業流程,設計割取、撥入、挾持運送與收集等機構等,以開發適用之收穫機具。試驗結果發現蕹菜利用往復剪刀對細嫩又中空之草莖可切斷自如,且切口平齊,而挾持皮帶採用軟質橡膠海綿對草莖及葉片等幾乎不會損傷,然後將各機構聯合組成,可由9馬力中耕管理機來帶動,而試驗機已具有分草、撥入、挾持、剪割、運送等功能,該機一次收割寬度為81 cm,作業時由一人即可操作,且採收物料可從兩車輪跨間連續排放於田間,整齊度亦佳,工作效率為每0.1 ha收割時間約1小時左右,較慣行人工採收法快8倍以上,惟機體稍嫌笨重些乃美中不足,今後需加強改良使其操作更輕便與增進其耐用度。

The objective of this study was to develop a harvesting machine for water convolvulus. The horticultural properties related to harvesting process were investigated and some conventional harvesting methods were analyzed, which yielded results to design the mechanisms of pick-up, reaping, collection and transportation process. A proto-type of harvester was constructed to provide all those functions. The results showed that the reciprocating cutter could cut the hollow stem neatly, the soft guiding and the transporting belt could handle the fine leaves without damage and worked very well. A 9 horsepower cultivator was used as its power unit to pull the harvester. The cutting width of the machine was 81 cm and the capacity for field operations was 0.1 hectare per hour. It was about eight times faster than harvested manually. Although the machine could be operated by one man, reducing weight for more mobility and increasing its durability were needed for future improvement.
