把手振動量測系統之建立及其在農用動力式手工具之應用

Development of a Measurement System for Handle Vibration and Its Application to the Agricultural Power Hand Tools and Machines

摘要


把手振動之量測系統是由手脫換能器組、電荷放大器、記錄器、訊號分析儀等儀器設備及一套分析控制軟體所組合而成的。手脫換能器組是安裝在動力式手工機具的把手上,記錄器及電荷放大器則安裝在手拉式台車上,以記錄把手之振動情形。於實驗室內,將記錄器所錄之訊號再度播放,經訊號分析儀進行1/n倍頻分析。使用分析控制軟體(B&K 3550 WINDOWS PROGRAM)將振動資料轉換成ASCⅡ碼資料,進行數據處理及統計分析工作。將分析結果與ISO 5349作比較,發現電鑽、研磨機及割草機在中央頻率6.3~1250Hz內之把手振動量,均未超過ISO建議之振動暴露極限值。

The measurement system of handle vibration is consist of a hand-arm vibration set, a charge amplifier, a recorder, a signal analyzer and a computer software. The hand-arm vibration set, the recorder and the charge amplifier were installed on the handle and trolley respectively to record the handle vibration. After experiments were finished outdoors, the recorder could replay the signal and transfer them into the signal analyzer to execute the 1/n-octave analysis in the laboratory. The computer software B&K 3550 WINDOWS PROGRAM was used to read data from the signal analyzer, to transfer them into ASCII code data and to process the statistical information. The results showed that the handle vibration levels of electric drill, grinder and mower are less than the exposure limit in ISO suggestions in the range of 6.3-1250 Hz centre frequencies.
