鼓風式噴霧法於開放型溫室降溫之研究

摘要


本研究以自然通風開放型溫室為對象,利用鼓風噴霧機進行蒸發冷卻的降溫試驗,以評估鼓風噴霧機的降溫效益。試驗中並依當地氣象條件建立VETH線圖,用以推估室內自然蒸發散量及計算噴頭個數。於降溫試驗中,顯示採用間歇噴霧的操作方式,因室內單位時間蒸發散率不足,室溫無法達到設計目標,必須增加噴頭數目;而採用連續噴霧的操作方式,在室內空氣未達飽和狀態之前,室內溫度會低於室外溫度1~2℃,與未噴霧場區之溫度比較降低約3~5℃,具有顯著的降溫效果。顯示合理規劃的鼓風噴霧系統,以少量的噴頭能達到良好的噴霧冷卻效果,可應用於國內開放型溫室之降溫。

Blowing fog method was applied for evaluating cooling effect in open-type greenhouse with natural ventilation. Experiments were conducted to calculate the quantities of nozzles and natural evaporation by VETH chart for local climates in this study. By using the time interval spraying, the temperature reduction test showed the indoor temperature designed can not be reached due to low evaporation rate. Therefore, in this situation it was needed to increase the quantities of nozzles. If the continuous spraying was used, indoor temperatures were lower than outdoor temperature for 1~2℃ before indoor air was saturated. Indoor temperatures of greenhouse with blowing fog were lower than those with natural ventilation for 3~5℃. It showed that the reasonable designing blowing fog system can reduce the indoor temperature with less nozzles, which can be applied to the open-type greenhouse in Taiwan.
