紅外光式魚隻大小自動量測之模擬研究

Simulation Study on an Infrared-Light Automatic System for Measuring Fish Size

摘要


魚隻大小可用來當作收穫,選別及投餌策略之依據,因此如何在無驚擾下自動量測得知魚隻大小就顯得格外重要。本模擬研究是利用紅外線光感測元件來做輸入感測處理設計,利用魚體於水中潛游經感測器的節點觀念,來做魚隻長度大小的分析判斷。透過自製模擬量測電子電路模組裝置,將紅外線感測訊號輸入至自製電腦介面卡裝置,傳送資料至電腦中做處理,將計算出的魚隻長度大小儲存在硬碟內,以便日後統計分析資料結果。在模擬魚體大小判斷軟體程式部分,採用C語言程式來撰寫特殊判斷演算分析,並利用多重比較邏輯運算,加以修飾和補強,以增強分析的準確性。本模擬研究結果顯示,證實紅外線光感測方法確實可應用於魚隻大小自動量測上,不用如傳統影像方式需要較複雜的硬體設備,在在印證本方法的價值性與方便性。

The information of fish size is used to choose harvesting, grading and sorting dates. It is extremely important that how to measure the fish size automatically under a nature condition. The purpose of this paper is to verify infrared-light sensors could measure the length of a fish under the water. We acquire the length of a fish using the masked principle during it passing through the raceway. First the acquired data was transformed to computer by the interface card and measuring circuits. And then they were saved into the hard disk for future statistical analysis. In the software part, we adopted C language to program algorithm that combined the special estimation method and multi-comparable logic operation technology to strengthen the accuracy. From the experimental results, it is proved that infrared-light sensors could really be applied to measure the length of a fish. Finally, this simulation system is usable and convenient without the need of these complex hardware devices like the imaging system.
