台灣地區Venlo型溫室高度變異對結構影響之分析

The Effect of Venlo Type Greenhouse Height on Structure in Taiwan

摘要


本研究以台灣地區Venlo型玻璃溫室爲模擬對象,使用STAAD. Pro分析軟體探討溫室高度變異對於溫室結構的影響,提供國內溫室製造及作物栽培業者作爲參考。在本研究設定之溫室構造及規格下,溫室加高1 公尺,鋼材成本約增加10.6%,整體抗風強度約下降2~7 m/s。若要將加高後的溫室抗風強度提升至與未加高的溫室相同,鋼材成本約增加18.2%;而將加高後的溫室抗風強度提升至50m/s,鋼材成本約增加38.1%。

In this study, the STAAD. Pro is used to discuss the effects of height on various Venlo type greenhouse in Taiwan. These results can provide good reference to the planters and greenhouse manufacturers. For the structural strength and the steel cost, increasing 1 meter of the greenhouse height would increase 10.6% of the steel cost and decrease 2~7 m/s of the greenhouse wind resistance. Improving the wind resistance of the higher greenhouse as the lower greenhouse could increase 18.2% of the steel cost, and improving the wind resistance of the higher greenhouse to 50 m/s would increase 38.1% of the steel cost.
