以因素分析法建立織物視覺質感之客觀評估模式

Using Factor Analysis to Establish Objective Evaluation Model for the Visual Texture of Fabrics

摘要


本研究旨在應用因素分析結合迴歸法,建立客觀織物質感之評估模式。盼望藉由織物11項結構及色彩性質,去預測夏季男仕襯衫用布所須具備之質感。由研究結果發現,織物11項性質經因素分析,其可被歸納成5項新因素,其累積變異百分比為86.30%。若將此5項新因素分數經迴歸分析,確實可建立集團式迴歸模式。並且為織物客觀質感評估提供另一種方法。尤其是針對織物「涼爽-溫暖」、「輕薄-厚重」質感及總質感等,更具有優良的擬合能力。

This study aims to use the combination of Factor Analysis and Regression Method to establish an objective evaluation system of fabric textures. The study results show that the 11 fabric properties can be summarized into 5 new factors through Factor Analysis and the accumulation of contribution ratio for the new factors is 86.30%. By taking the factor scores of the 5 new factors as independent variables and the fabric textures as dependent variables, Group Regression Model can in fact be established. Hence, this study has provided another new method for objective evaluation of fabric textures, especially ”Cool-Warm”, ”Thin-Thick” and overall textures, where excellent fitted ability is found.
