耐隆染色中均染劑類型對酸性染料染色行為影響

The Interaction of Leveling Agent and Acid Dyes on Dyeing Nylon Fiber

摘要


耐隆纖維在染色過程中,需要應用不同類型均染劑,除了得到良好覆蓋性,而且不會影響最後染色力度(K/S),本文探討重點分別針對不同類型均染劑與各類型染耐隆織物之酸性染料進行染色,並分別以起始染色溫度(T20)、半均染期染色溫度(T50)、臨界染色溫度(CR)、染色力度(K/S)、色光(△a、△b)變化,探討單一染料及複合染料組合之染色過程。實驗結果發現:均染劑應用恰當則起始染色溫度(T20)約可提高3~5℃、半均染期染色溫度(T50)約可提高10℃、危險染色溫度(CR℃)範圍較低20%。由染色結果顯示:對均染性酸性染料宜選擇兩性離子均染劑較為恰當;耐縮絨酸性染料則以陰離子均染劑較為恰當;金屬錯合酸性染料染深色時三種均染劑皆適宜。

The dyeing process of nylon, different kinds of acid dyes should be applied in different kinds of leveling agent. The main purpose of the leveling agent used for dyeing nylon fabric shall have good level dyeing nature, good fiber dyeing coverage, no impact on the dyes absorptive rate and coloration, and enhance the compatibility of dyes combination. This research focuses on the leveling agents applied techniques and examines the temperature in the three dyeing phases, the initial dyeing temperature(T20), the half-dyeing temperature(T50), the critical dyeing temperature(CR), color strength (K/S) and color cast change (△a, △b). As the results proved, If the leveling agents using suitable, the initial dyeing temperature(T20) can be increase about 3~5℃, the half-dyeing temperature(T50) can be increase about 10℃ and the range of critical dyeing area(CR) can be reduce 20%. The dyeing results show that the zwitterions type leveling agents is primarily better suited for the leveling type; as for milling type acid dyes, the outcome indicates that anionic fiber affine leveling agents have better effects and for metal complex type acid dyes, all types of the leveling agents are suited for dyeing deep color.
